Self Esteem Meditation

This course of meditation helps us to realise that we can change our outlook on ourselves, especially if we see ourselves in a negative light. It will teach how to acknowledge these negative thoughts, knowing that they can pass by as thoughts, not having to identify with them and instead, just letting them go.
