10 week course on Productivity in the Workplace
Length: 10 consecutive weeks of 1 hour each.
This in depth course will give participants plenty of Meditation & Mindfulness experience that they can gradually absorb into many areas of their life; bringing about more calm, perspective and resilience. Participants will experience a variety of mediation techniques, learn how to adapt meditation & mindfulness principles to modern life and have the valuable chance to share their experiences and learn from their peers.
Like with any learning the more you do it the more you get from it; this course requires a time investment but provides in depth and quality learning.
